COVID-19 Mitigation Strategy

Thank you for helping us stay healthy, and supporting our business!

On behalf of Bannister Chevrolet Buick GMC, we want to assure you that the health and safety of our employees and customers is our number one concern. As the public health concerns of COVID-19 continue to affect our community, we are committed to help control the virus and implement necessary mitigation strategies.

All of our staff have been instructed to stay home if sick or if they could be a close contact to a known case.   As of today, we have had one confirmed cases of COVID-19 among staff.  The infection was contracted outside of the dealership from a family member.  This staff member is not public facing and was away from the dealership during the time they could have been contagious.  Due to the procedures we have in place, they did not return to work and there was no risk to our customers or public.

We recognize this is a challenging time, and we remain deeply committed to the safety of our customers and our staff as we all do our part to keep our community and families safe. With these measures, we are committed to doing our best to promote the safety and well being of all guests and associates.

The Town of Edson Mandatory Mask Bylaw has been enacted.  We require all customers and staff to wear masks in public areas of the building and while interacting with one another.  Any customers who arrive at the dealership without a mask will be offered one.  We may refuse service to anyone who is showing symptoms or not being respectful to our employees.

Thank you for your understanding and cooperation during these uncertain and quickly changing times. We will continue to ensure that everyone visiting our dealership is kept as safe as possible and will provide updates as necessary.
